WIP Skintone hue fix

I personally love vampires, and with vampires in the sims 2, came that fugly blue default, so I'mma try to fix and default the skintone Wicked_poppies at MTS has used for his Lucy Darkholm Vampire by tinting it up and giving it a deathly appearance, because the original one was a little too alive looking.
